I've been awarded the Liebster award twice already, and now two more times thanks to Autumn and SW! Thanks ladies.

1 How are you today? Pumped for my volleyball tournament tomorrow!   
2 Who's a favorite fictional character of yours? Kaladin Stormblessed from Way of Kings, for a million and three reasons.
3 If you could go anywhere, where would you go and why?  I'd go to Pennsylvania to see my best friend Gemma Abrams because what other reason do you need except that she's wonderful??

4 You're on an island, doesn't matter what type, and there's a box. What's in the box?  A portal to my home.  >:D
5 What's a random word you like and how would you define it?  Petrichor!  It means "the smell after it rains", which is probably one of my favorite smells in the world.
6 When and why did you start blogging and what do you like most about it? Why do you keep on blogging?  Being the writer I am, I've always wanted a blog.  My friends all got them for a writing co-op they were doing, and I finally convinced my dad to let me get one too:)  I keep on blogging because I love the community, I love the finished product, and I honestly just truly enjoy it. 
7 What's your favorite dessert?  Puppy chow or anything with Reeses Peanut Butter cups worked into it.
8 Cute, cool, or neither? What style(s) do you like?  I like to say cute, but if I were honest probably neither!  Mostly "just rolled out of bed in my athletic shorts".  I really like the casual sweaters/boots look.
9 What's something you're looking forward to doing or seeing or learning this summer?  Seeing as how summer is pretty much over, at the beginning of summer I was looking forward to my Worldview Camp, some friends visiting from out of town, and our volleyball pre-season tournament.
10 What's something that, for whatever reason, you personally find hard to do?  I can't do a freakin cartwheel guys!!!  Never have.
11 What kind of movies do you like best? Why? (Sci-fi, romance, drama, comedy, oldie-goldie, etc.) Probably chick flicks.  But then I love MARVEL and Lord of The Rings, so I guess that's guy flicks...  ???   And what category does Disney fall in? :)

 
 
 1.Would you rather curl up on a cold winter day in front of a fire with a cup of hot chocolate and a good book, or swing in a hammock on a breezy summer day with a cup of chilled iced tea?  Definitely definitely fire and good book.

2. Weirdest food you've ever eaten?  Alligator bites?  They tasted like chicken....

3. Does the screech from scratching your nails on a chalkboard irritate you?  OH MY GOSH DOES IT EVER.  I just can't.  I will start screaming if I have to hear that.

4. If you only  had $10 to live on for a week, what would you buy?  Ugh, I don't know! Definitely lots and lots of food, or as much as you CAN buy with $10.  Goodness, Autumn, you really want me to starve this week! :)  I'd probably buy frozen fruit so I could make a bunch of smoothies, and then a loaf of homemade bread and butter.  I could live off of bread and smoothies peoples! 

5. Have you ever danced in the rain?  New Year's Eve, yes.

6. What would be on your dream pizza?  Nothing but cheese.  Call me plain jane but darling, a piece of gooey warm cheese pizza is my cup of tea!

7. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would you want it to be?  I know I'd hate it after a week and a half, but I adore lasagna, bread sticks, and a big old salad.

8. What is the longest amount of time you have stayed awake?  Almost 24 hours you guys!
 
9.  If you were walking home in the dark all alone, and you hear something and see something move, what do you do?
A. Scream and run home
B. Keep walking calmly
C. Hide somewhere until you don't sense it anymore
D. I HAVE NO CLUE!

Probably A, except not so much as a scream but a squeal.  You probably wouldn't hear anything I'd be running too fast.

10. Is there anything orange within 15 feet around you? If so, what is it?  An old orange folder in a box.

11. Which do you look up more often, the dictionary or thesaurus?  If Google counts for a dictionary, then dictionary.
 

Five random facts about myself:

  1. I've lived in Kansas all my life.
  2. I'm the oldest of five children.
  3. I love the smell while and after it rains!
  4. I've never watched The Lion King before.
  5. The latest (or earliest, depending on how you look at it) I've stayed up is 4:30 in the morning!
