I love awards of all kinds. Volleyball tournament awards, game awards, blogger awards. Definitely a sense of accomplishment and pride that comes with that!  So I was thrilled when Kayla at Concerning Writing nominated me for the Liebster Award!  This is an award for all the bloggers who (like myself) have less then 200 followers and would love to expand their outreach of fans.
To accept the award, a blogger must follow the steps below:

1) Post the Liebster Award graphic on your site.
2) Thank the blogger who nominated your blog by linking to her blog.
3) Answer the 10 questions from the post of the person who nominated them.
4) The nominee will nominate 10 other blogs who have less than 200 followers.
5) The nominee will then create 10 questions of their own for their nominated bloggers to answer in their Liebster post.

Here are all the fun questions Kayla came up with:


1) What is your favorite quote, and who is it by?  I have one million too many to narrow it down to one, but one that I've always loved is by Dumbledore from Harry Potter.
2) Vegetarian, omnivore, or carnivore?  Omnivore.
3) What is your favorite fluffy animal? Haha this is a fun question.  I have to say I love Newfoundland puppies.  ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS.  Shall I prove my point? Here, I shall.

4) Did you ever wear braces?  I was the first out of all my little friends to receive braces, so it was a huge step for little me;)  I hated them with a passion but am so thankful to have gone through all the "torture".  My straight teeth are so worth it!
5) What was your most hated school assignment ever?  Hmm.  This is a hard one because there haven't been many school assignments I absolutely hated (unless you count my entire history with math).  Funnily enough, I really can't think of one!  Goodness, now you're going to think I'm some stuck-up scholarly nerd who loves her school and I do enjoy it but not to THAT extent. 
6) If you could own any car, which one would you own?  A cherry red Nissan Maxima, no question.
7) How many blogs do you follow? *cough* Um- hold on- *counts on fingers*  At least twenty three, although I know I stalk quite a few more... O_o
8) Have you ever read through the entire Bible?  I have, once, and I'd love to do it again this year.
9) What is your favorite type of donut? Definitely a peanut butter filled chocolate glazed donut.  Or just plain glazed. Or chocolate cake donut.  Or- you get the picture. I love donuts.
10) What is your favorite blog post you have written and why? I think it's a tie between
The Catching Fire Movie Review (I love this movie sooo much) and the birthday blog post about Gemma Abrams (I love this girl soo much!) I had so much fun thinking of different ways to convince my audience they should watch Catching Fire, but I also loved coming up with the numerous random facts about Gemma. :D
