10 Things God Wants Me To Remember.  I really want to print this out and paste all different things around my room.  It's a reminder I need every day!

Chocolate pudding.  Last night my dad was (strangely enough) craving chocolate pudding.  ?!?!?  But it was Sunday and they were out running errands, so a quick stop by the grocery story and then the pudding was in progress.
It was definitely delicious, and chocolate-y and RICH, but I can see why we never make it.  Certainly a fun once-a-year treat!

Little House Christmas tradition.  The same night we had pudding, we also were able to watch a movie that was definitely just as sweet.  Another Christmas tradition in our family is to watch the "Christmas at Plum Creek" episode in the Little House on the Prairie season 1.  We've watched it every year for I don't know how long!  Every time I watch it, it makes me so grateful for all the conveniences I have around Christmas time, like a car with heat, money to buy nice gifts, and ways to earn money.  Unlike Laura, who ends up selling her horse so that she can buy Ma the gift that she knows she wants.  The ending has many surprises but a very happy ending, and I look forward to watching it every year.

Six word story. This is just amazing to me. It was said that Ernest's colleagues dared him that he couldn't write a six word story. They paid up.

Your God-Sized Dream Devotional book.   I've only read a few of these devotionals, but from what I've read I've loved!  In my next post I'll talk more about it!

Loaded Nachos.  Chips loaded with beans, meat, tomatoes and avocadoes and then stuck in the oven for a few minutes.   Too good to be true!  And definitely on the list to make again!

This picture cracks me up.

And this picture gets me every time!  Just sit and look at those big cheeks.  He's so cute!  :D

Shutterfly.  I've used Shutterfly before to make a book for my dad, as well as two calendars.  Both of them turned out really well, and I'm almost finished with my second book.  Four pages for each child in our family, full of pictures of each of us from baby to our current age.  It's been a super fun project and I can't wait to see the finished product!!!

That's all for this week!  What curious Christmas happenings are going on at your house?

Love,
Chloe

  1. Now I'm craving pudding! It's one of those things I don't think I like until I start eating it ... and then I can't stop. Wow, that six word story is truly amazing. I'm working on a scrapbook on Shutterfly too! Isn't it fun? Let's just hope I get it done in time!

Really? Oh how fun! Good luck getting it finished!
